Eligibility & accounts

You must be authorized to use the platform and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from your Workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: scraping or reselling our data at scale; attempting to reverse-engineer AI internals; abusing usage quotas; or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

AI content & legal disclaimer

AI-generated research, summaries, and blog posts are general information provided for research convenience. They are not legal advice and may be incomplete or out of date. You must independently verify all authority against the primary source before relying on it. OpisJuris is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Wix Payments). Plan limits, prices, and features are shown on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party sources

OpisJuris links to and surfaces content from public government and third-party sources. We are not affiliated with those sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or terms.

Intellectual property

Primary legal authority belongs to the public or its issuing government body. OpisJuris platform software, design, and curated metadata are owned by us and licensed on a limited basis for your research use.

Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results are complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpisJuris is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
